Mitra heeft met mij verschillende oefeningen gedaan die intens waren maar daardoor ook zeer effectief. Ik ben in de les zelf een stuk verder gekomen in mijn middle split! || I got the impression that Mitra is extremely knowledgeable about the human body and flexibility training and she was very "hands on" with her approach. I improved a lot in just one session! Thank you Mitra!
