Very graceful and elegant when she gave instructions which was very motivating for me. The vibe was great. Studio very clean. Just amazing really. alle Bewertungen anzeigenPaula was very attentive. Her instructions were very clear and explanatory. I particularly liked the exercises we did with the barre. The only thing is I felt the room as a bit too cold. I would probably opt to sit not under the air conditioner next time 😊

alle Bewertungen anzeigenBy chance it ended up being only me and the instructor, Lara. This really gave me the chance to learn and enjoy the class. It also made Lara’s expertise really shine - hence, I am sure that it would have been a good lessons even if the class was full. She was clear, encouraging and helpful. I definitely learnt something new! If you are looking for a low- intensity but engaging and challenging training class, this is for you!! A mix of Pilates and some Yoga + Barre moves. Great vibes ☺️
